I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the cable car, making it extremely convenient for skiing. The hotel also offered a free shuttle service, which was a nice touch. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities that I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that my every need was met. The spa facilities were top-notch, with a sauna, steam room, and massage services available. I also enjoyed the beautiful sun terrace, where I could soak up the sun and take in the stunning views. this place exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, service, and location.

The hotel was conveniently located near the ski lifts, which made it easy to hit the slopes. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which made our stay more enjoyable. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and we had a great view of the valley and mountains from our balcony. we loved the spa and the option to have half-board meals.

That some of the staff members did not speak English very well, but they still tried their best to assist us. we would have appreciated a separate room for socializing in the evening, other than the dining area.

Had a great Xmas stay at a hotel with excellent breakfast and dinner options, able to cater to my dietary needs very well. Also loved the cozy and comfortable rooms that offered stunning views of the surrounding hills, making it the perfect location for a skiing holiday.

I would have appreciated more socializing options at night within the hotel, especially on cold winter evenings when outdoor activities are limited. the wellness area left something to be desired as it was rather cold, and I found some of the evening meals to be hit or miss with some dishes being great and others not so much.

Having stayed at this hotel, I can confidently say that it ticks all the boxes for a great vacation. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities was impeccable. The breakfast spread was impressive, and the staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay here a pleasant one. Additionally, the hotel's location, a stone's throw away from the ski area and cable car, was convenient for transportation.
